Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. At Mui Ne Private Car, we aim to provide flexible and transparent cancellation and refund terms to ensure a stress-free booking experience.
✅ Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge under the following conditions:
No cancellation fee will apply, and any deposit paid (if any) will be fully refunded.
❌ Late Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total trip cost.

In case of no-show (the customer is not present at the pickup location and does not notify us), the full fare may be charged and no refund will be issued.
💳 Refund Method
If a payment has been made online or via bank transfer:

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method within 7-15 business days.

All refunds are issued in VND (Vietnamese Dong) or USD, depending on the original payment.
🛬 Flight/Train Delays
If your flight or train is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. We will adjust your pickup time without any extra charge. There is no penalty for delays due to airline or train schedule changes.
