By booking a transfer with Mui Ne Private Car or Minh Khoi Tourism Co., Ltd., whether through our website, email, phone, or messaging platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself and all passengers included in the booking.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.

1. Prices and Validity

All prices quoted by Mui Ne Private Car are clearly listed in USD or VND unless otherwise stated.

Our quoted prices typically include:

Private vehicle with driver

Fuel and road tolls

Driver expenses

Door-to-door pickup and drop-off

Prices may vary depending on vehicle type, travel distance, special requests, or peak travel seasons. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain valid for that reservation.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made directly with Mui Ne Private Car through our website, email, phone, or online messaging platforms.

To secure your reservation, we may request the following information:

Full name of the lead passenger

Pickup location and time

Drop-off destination

Number of passengers

Preferred vehicle type

Contact information

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation email or message including trip details and payment instructions.

In rare cases where a specific vehicle or service cannot be confirmed, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative option of equal or higher value.

3. Payment

Customers can pay for the service using one of the following methods:

Cash payment to the driver

Bank transfer

Online payment methods (if applicable)

Depending on the service or route, we may request a deposit in advance to secure the booking.

The remaining balance can typically be paid upon pickup or before the trip begins, unless otherwise agreed.

For bookings made during peak seasons or for long-distance transfers, full payment may be required in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

If the customer cancels the booking, the following cancellation policy may apply:

More than 24 hours before pickup: No cancellation fee

12 – 24 hours before pickup: 30% of the total booking price

Less than 12 hours before pickup: 50% of the total booking price

No show: 100% of the booking price

Cancellation requests must be sent via email, WhatsApp, or phone, and the cancellation time is based on when we receive the request.

4.2 Cancellation by Mui Ne Private Car

In rare circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions

Natural disasters

Road closures

Government regulations

Vehicle breakdowns

Mui Ne Private Car reserves the right to cancel or modify the service.

In such cases, we will:

Offer an alternative vehicle or schedule if possible, or

Provide a full refund of any deposit or payment received.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

Mui Ne Private Car is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Traffic congestion

Road accidents

Weather conditions

Government restrictions

Flight delays or cancellations

However, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust schedules and assist customers whenever possible.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

Arriving at the pickup location on time

Providing accurate booking information

Taking care of personal belongings during the trip

Mui Ne Private Car is not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

Passengers must also comply with local laws and respect the driver during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance

Mui Ne Private Car recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before traveling.

Travel insurance should cover:

Medical emergencies

Personal accidents

Trip cancellations

Personal belongings

Mui Ne Private Car does not provide travel insurance but can assist customers in communicating with service providers if needed.
