A: Standard package covers hotels within Nha Trang City Center. Premium package extends pickup coverage to within 20 km of the city center. If your hotel is outside this radius, contact us to arrange a separate transfer.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

A: If the tour is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Water activities like snorkeling and kayaking may be adjusted based on sea conditions even if the tour continues — the guide will advise on the day.

Q: Can I add scuba diving or other watersports on the day?

A: Yes. Scuba diving (690,000 VND/person), banana boat (1,500,000 VND per boat of 5), parasailing (650,000 VND/person), and jet ski (700,000 VND/person) are available as paid add-ons at the activity points. Bring cash on the day for these.
