Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon
Also known as the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, this famous church was built by the French between 1877 and 1883.

Saigon Central Post Office
Located just a short walk from Notre Dame Cathedral, the next stop is the Saigon Central Post Office — one of the most iconic French colonial buildings in Ho Chi Minh City, associated with the famous architect Gustave Eiffel.
Reunification Palace
Only about 5 minutes away by car, the next destination is the Reunification Palace, also known as Independence Palace. This historic landmark was once the residence and workplace of the President of South Vietnam.
On April 30, 1975, North Vietnamese tanks numbered 390 and 843 crashed through the palace gates, marking the official end of the Vietnam War.

War Remnants Museum or Reunification Palace
Located not far from the palace, the next stop is the War Remnants Museum, home to more than 20,000 artifacts and photographs reflecting the devastating effects of the war in Vietnam.

Lunch Break (Optional)
After the morning sightseeing, you can enjoy lunch at a local Vietnamese restaurant or choose from various international dining options nearby.
Ben Thanh Market
Just a few minutes’ drive from the museum, Ben Thanh Market is a great place for souvenirs, Vietnamese coffee, local snacks, and experiencing the lively atmosphere of Saigon.
