Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy for the Cat Ba Island to Pu Luong private car service is:

If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, a fee of 50% of the total trip cost may apply.

In case of a no-show (you are not present at the pickup location and did not notify us), the full fare will be charged and no refund is available.
