Some smaller tour companies don't have fixed departure times. However, we still work with them – we know your group's actual departure time, average speed, and provide an estimate based on experience. If that estimate is off by 30 minutes, that's okay. The driver will adjust. If you send a WhatsApp message at 5 pm saying "we're running late," the driver will read it and wait. No penalty.
